Empirical Economics with R

Based on various economic research questions students learn applied data science methods including data preparation, econometrics with focus on the estimation of causal effects and to a smaller extent machine learning. A strong focus is on the practical implementation in R.

An important part of this course are interactive RTutor problem sets where you work through the main course contents yourself in R at home, but can automatically check your solution and get hints. You don't need previous knowledge of R, but it might be helpful.
