External Facilities
Overview
For certain fabrication and analysis processes, independent facilities of the University of Ulm are used by our institute. An example is the core facility EMMA. These are partly operated by ourselves or by members of other institutes. These include, for example:
- Electron Microscopes
- Focused ion beam microscopes
- Evaporation systems
- Atomic force microscopes
- Lithographic equipment
- Clean rooms
- Chemistry laboratories
