Prof. Dr. Holger Barth wins students teaching award for ‘best lecturer’ for his toxicology lecture within the study program of Molecular Medicine at Eberhard Karls University Tübingen. Prof. Barth is co-opted member of the medical faculty in Tübingen since three years and responsible for the ‘Pharmacology and Toxicology’ modules of the Molecular Medicine students.

This prize is already the third award Prof. Barth has collected for his excellent teaching within the last three years. In 2017, Prof. Barth has received similar honors, for his toxicology lecture within the study program of Molecular Medicine at Ulm University, during both the summer semester 2017 and the winter semester 2016/2017.

The winners of the teaching prizes are selected directly by the students, as they are asked to hand in anonymous evaluations of every course they attended during a full year of teaching.

The prize was officially awarded on the 8^th of May, 2019 during the 17^th ‘Tag der Lehre’ in Tübingen.
