At the IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference, Dr Miguel Bellido received the IEEE VTS Propagation Technical Committee Best Thesis Award. 
 

Dr. Bellido completed his doctorate at our university (exam on April 4, 2025) under the supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Robert Fischer with a thesis entitled “Aircraft-to-Aircraft Communications: Channel Modeling and Data Link Design” and works at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft und Raumfahrt in Oberpfaffenhofen.
