Study Abroad at Ulm University: Psychology

Bachelor Courses Psychology

In the Psychology bachelor programme, the regular language of instruction is German. However, several courses are taught in English. Basics in English are important for every course as most of the literature is English.

Even in courses that are taught in German, incoming students usually have the possibility to write at least the seminar paper in English.

Courses on varying topics

Each semester, additional seminars are offered with varying topics. For each module, several courses with different themes are available to choose from. The exact titles and topics are usually announced shortly before the semester begins. Examinations typically do not take the form of written tests but rather written papers or similar assignments. While most seminars are held in German, at least one course per area can generally be offered in English upon request.
