In the morning of a beautiful and sunny day, we started our excursion at the synagogue of Ulm. We visited the new synagogue which was inaugurated in 2012, and learned from rabbi Yehuda Pushkin about Ulm's jewish community. During a very nice conversation, he answered all our questions about Judaism, and the history of Judaism in Ulm.
After our lunch in the Ratskeller restaurant, we continued the excursion with an Einstein themed city tour by "Karl Keinstein". The tour went to different places in the city, all of which had a relation to Albert Einstein. In the late afternoon, the tour ended with a musical performance by Keinstein in the Schwörhaus, right next to the synagogue where our excursion started.
