You can learn vocabulary and grammar on your own, but speaking is something you can only learn by interacting with others. In this course, we’ll talk, discuss, and give presentations. Materials will be provided.

What’s going on in Germany? What are people talking about? What current topics can be found in the news and newspapers? We want to explore these questions and discuss them. The only requirement for participation is a willingness to actively take part in discussions. The language requirement is the ability to understand German newspaper articles and news reports. Materials will be provided.
