You can use this form to let us know, in a straightforward way,

• what you particularly like about our teaching programme,
• any suggestions or ideas for improvement you have regarding our teaching provision (e.g. topics for new courses),
• what you feel isn’t working well in our courses (bzw. exactly specify: lecture, tutorial etc.),
• and serious incidents such as discrimination, harassment or inappropriate behaviour can also be reported here.

Anonymous report

In the case of an anonymous report, no immediate personalised action can be taken and we will not be able to contact you. Nevertheless, even anonymous notes can make an important contribution to improving our provision and resolving cases.

Non-anonymous report
Your particulars will be treated in strict confidence. Access to the reports is restricted exclusively to:

• the chairwoman of the Department, Rebekka Hufendiek,
• the Head of the Centre for Language and Additional Skills, Roman Yaremko,
• and, in the case of complaints, an officer from the Equal Opportunities Office, Dorothea Güttel.

If you provide your contact details on the reporting form, we will contact you promptly if necessary to discuss possible next steps together. Complaints are always treated confidentially. Further action will only be taken with your consent.
