When the tail wags the dog: universality in the strong interaction limit

Physical systems with very different interactions at short distances can show universal behavior at large distances. Universality in strongly interacting quantum systems with large scattering length drives phenomena ranging from nuclear and particle physics to ultracold atoms.
The talk will give an overview of current research questions and future challenges in the field.
