Successful award of a doctoral degree for Tarik Enderes

Ulm University

On 4 February 2026, Tarik Enderes successfully defended his doctoral thesis, PhD thesis entitled "Cooperative output regulation for networks of hyperbolic systems with unknown leader and disturbances".

He has also successfully validated his theoretical methods experimentally on the multi-agent experimental system ROMA, which he built together with Nick Math at the institute. The design methods make it possible to systematically design network controllers for the co-operative control of concentrated and distributed parametric multi-agent systems with unknown control agents and disturbance models. This significantly increases their practical applicability and ensures a fully distributed and scalable design.

Congratulations on passing the doctoral examination!
