Professorship for Interorganizational Management & Control
About This Professor
I am Professor of Interorganizational Management & Control at Ulm University and Scientific Director of the International Performance Research Institute (IPRI).
My research focuses on management accounting and control, performance measurement and evaluation, and employee motivation and behavior. A particular focus of my work is understanding how accounting information and management control systems affect employee decisions and performance. Methodologically, I am particularly interested in field experiments that examine these questions in real-world organizational settings. More information can be found here.
