Invitation
We invite 25 excellent international students from all over the world to participate in our fully funded, highly competitive Bootcamp Quantum Sciences and Technologies.
This may be your entry card to our Masters Programmes in Physics, Quantum Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or your start into a PhD in one of Germany's Quantum Sciences and Technology Hot Spots.

Admission
- Bachelor's degree or at least equivalent degree at the level of at least three years of study at a university, university of applied sciences, dual university or at a recognised foreign higher education institution in the study programme physics, electrical engineering, nanotechnology, quantum technology or aerospace engineering or in a related or subject-specific study programme
- very strong academic record. Preference will be given to outstanding candidates
- basic knowledge and competences, through at least 20 ECTS credits in mathematics (analysis, linear algebra, differential equations) and at least 100 ECTS credits from the fields of physics and electrical engineering
- the ability to work independently in a scientific manner, demonstrated in particular by a thesis or a comparable achievement to the extent of 10 ECTS credits from a subject area of physics or electrical engineering
- if you do not yet hold a qualifying college degree at the time of application but have already begun your bachelor’s thesis, you must provide proof that you have successfully earned 80 ECTS credits in physics or electrical engineering and 20 ECTS credits in mathematics
English language proficiency at level B2 CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
