On the way to an equal future
Promoting gender equality and diversity and capitalising on the resulting benefits - this is the goal of all measures on the path to true diversity and equality.
The Medical Faculty Ulm sets its own focus within the University's gender programme as part of university management and quality assurance with the promotion of young female doctors and scientists in particular.
With the Hertha Nathorff Programme, the Medical Faculty offers its own instrument for the promotion of young female scientists and aims to ensure equal opportunities for women and men in research and teaching at all career levels.
The Medical Faculty also supports the following external funding programmes:
- the Margarete von Wrangell Programme for Women
- the Brigitte Schlieben Lange Programme for young female scientists with children in the postdoc phase
