Universität Ulm

Presentation at the BPM European Round Table;

Manfred Reichert, TU Eindhoven, Netherlands, November 5, 2012, 10:30 am

This presentation will draw a retrospective of the BPM challenges we tackled in the automotive domain during the last decade. It will report on a variety of projects in which we developed advanced solutions for the support of automotive processes. Amongst others this includes concepts, methods and tools enabling data-driven process structures, process variability support, visualization support for large process models, and business-IT alignment. Many of the techniques presented have been successfully transfered to industrial practice.
