Lunch breaks

For lunch we are planning to go to the canteen in O25. The canteen offers a variety of dishes with vegetarian and vegan options. Here is the canteen's website, where you can have a look to the menu.

If you only want to have a small snack, you can also go to one of the cafeterias nearby.

⚠️Please note: If you are a student/phd student, please bring your student id or an equivalent certificate in the canteen so you can get the price for students. Those without will not be able to recieve a reduced price and must pay it fully. Payments are only able through credit card. We ask you to use the checkout on the far left in the canteen to pay for your food, and not the self service spot on the right.⚠️

Timetable

This timetable is preliminary and meant as an orientation; further details and the names of the participants will be added in due course.

Poster Session

During the Poster Session, on Monday evening, participants will present their work in an informal and convivial setting. The posters will be displayed in room H21 on dedicated A1 poster walls. To create a relaxed atmosphere and encourage discussion, pizza, drinks, and music will be provided, offering a perfect opportunity for exchange and networking.

City Guided Tour

On Wendesday afternoon, there will be a guided city tour that will offer participants the opportunity to discover Ulm with a professional guide. The tour will start at Münsterplatz and will last approximately 90 minutes. To ensure a pleasant experience, participants will be divided into two groups of up to 30 people each. Those who wish to take part are kindly asked to register by sending us an email in advance.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner on Wednesday evening will take place at DiDi, a Vietnamese restaurant located inside the Xinedome complex, directly opposite Ulm’s main train station. The evening will feature a three-course menu, allowing participants to choose their dishes from a selection offered by the restaurant. It will be a pleasant occasion to enjoy good food and continue conversations in a relaxed setting.
