The SGI operates a Mattermost Server for communication between Software-Teams as a supplementary service to the faculty-GitLab.

Mattermost is mainly aimed at teams using the faculty GitLab as their central platform for software development.

To request a team chat for your project please use the contact email address.
You will receive an invitation link after the application has been reviewed.

The Mattermost-Sever uses the faculty GitLab as single sign-on provider.
To use the Mattermost Team Chat, an active SGI account is required that has logged into the GitLab at least once.
