Our Lunchtime Meetings offer you the opportunity to meet a successful woman professor from Ulm University, learn about her career, exchange ideas and make contacts. All of this takes place in a relaxed atmosphere over coffee, tea or lunch. The meetings start at 12:05 p.m. and last one hour.

Why and what:
Eventually the day comes when you will have finished your PhD thesis. And then? What do you want to do and what will be your next step?
In this workshop you will get the opportunity to identify and reflect on your strengths, what motivates you, what you love doing, what you are doing well and more. You will be introduced to concepts and tools that help you to think out-of-the-box and that help you to sort the many thoughts running wild in your head about what to do next.
Coaching: After the workshop, each participant will receive One-to-one coaching (3 appointments of 60 minutes each)
We have set up a LinkedIn Group to help you start connecting and networking outside of scheduled networking events.
Who can join the group?
Our LinkedIn Group is open to all female junior academics from Ulm University who have participated in a Exzellenzia networking event before.
