Click on the menu item “Meine Stellvertreter“.

Under the heading “Meine Stellvertreter” a table shows you all the employees you deputise for and you have the option of  removing a representative.

Under the heading “Stellvertreter hinzufügen” you can add a desired representative.

Under the heading “Stellvertreter von” you will see all the staff members you are representing for.

To add a representative, click on the menu item “Meine Stellvertreter“. Now click in the text field under the heading “Stellvertreter hinzufügen” to get an overview of all available represenatives. After you have selected the desired representative, click on the “Stellvertreter hinzufügen“ button. The representative you added is now displayed at the top of the table.

To remove a representative, click on the menu item “Meine Stellvertreter“. Under the heading “Meine Stellvertreter” you now have the option of removing one or more representatives.

To do this, select the desired representative(s) and click on the “Stellvertreter enfernen“ button.

If it is not possible for you to select several representatives, hold down the Str-key when making your selection.
