View, accept, reject individual job proposal
If you have applied for a job offer, you can see in the menu item "My applications / Meine Bwerbungen" whether you have received an acceptance or rejection. If your application has been accepted, it will contain the corresponding icon in the upper right corner.
In addition, you now have the option of viewing your individual job proposal via the Job proposal icon and, if necessary, accepting or rejecting it. If you click on this icon, the job proposal will be displayed.
You can accept it by clicking on "Accept / Zusagen" or reject it by clicking on "Reject / Ablehnen". You can leave the window at any time by clicking on "Cancel / Abbrechen" without accepting or rejecting the job proposal.
If you accept the job proposal, a job will be created which you can view under the menu item "My jobs / Meine Anstellungen".
If you reject the job proposal, the application or the corresponding application will contain the corresponding icon in the upper right corner.
You also have the option of deleting the rejected application from the list.
Job proposal was accepted
If your application has been accepted, you can view your individual job proposal and, if necessary, accept or reject it. If you have accepted the job proposal, the application will be removed from the list and a job will be created, which you can find under the menu item "My jobs / Meine Anstellungen".
Job proposal was turned down
If your application has been accepted, you can view your individual job proposal and, if necessary, accept or reject it. If you have rejected the job proposal and not yet deleted it, the application in the menu item "My applications / Meine Bewerbungen" and the corresponding job offer in the menu item "Job offers / Jobangebote" will contain the corresponding icon in the upper right corner. You also have the option of deleting the application from the "My applications / Meine Bewerbungen" list.
Withdraw application
If you have applied for a job offer as a student, you can withdraw the application until you have received an acceptance or rejection. There are two ways to withdraw an application:
1. in the menu item "Job offers / Jobangebote":
as soon as you have applied for one of the job offers, an icon to withdraw the application appears in the upper right corner of the respective job offer instead of the apply icon. If you click on the icon, a window will appear asking you whether you really want to withdraw the application. 2.
2. in the menu item "My applications / Meine Bewerbungen":
For each application that you can still withdraw, there is an icon in the upper right corner to withdraw the application (analogous to 1.).
Application was accepted
If you have applied for a job offer, you have two options to see whether you have received an acceptance or a rejection.
1. in the menu item "My applications":
If your application has been accepted, it will contain the corresponding icon in the upper right corner. In addition, you now have the option of viewing your individual job proposal via the Job proposal icon and, if necessary, also accepting or rejecting it.
2. in the menu item "Job offers":
if an application has been accepted, the corresponding job offer contains the corresponding icon in the upper right corner.
If there is neither an acceptance nor a rejection, you have the option of withdrawing your application. In the case of a rejection, the application or the corresponding job offer also contains a corresponding icon.
Application was rejected
If you have applied for a job offer as a student, you can see in the menu item "My applications / Meine Bewerbungen" whether you have received an acceptance or rejection. If your application was rejected, you will see the corresponding icon in the upper right corner. You also have the option of removing the rejected application from the list.
If neither an acceptance nor a rejection has been received, you have the option of withdrawing your application. In the case of an acceptance, the application also contains a corresponding icon.
Delete application
As a student, you can delete rejected applications from your list of applications. Rejected applications are applications to which you have received a rejection as well as applications to which you have received an acceptance but have rejected this acceptance. Applications for which you have not yet received a reply, i.e. an acceptance or rejection, can only be deleted from the list if you withdraw the application.
To delete a rejected application, you must first go to the menu item "My applications / Meine Bewerbungen". There you will find a list of all your applications, as long as you have not already deleted them or there is already a job for them. You will find a red cross in the upper right-hand corner of each rejected application. If you click on the red cross, a window will appear asking whether you really want to delete the application.
