Spinal exercises
In spinal physiotherapy, we strengthen and stabilise the muscles, restoring your back
to a condition where it can cope with the stresses of everyday life. We carry out back-friendly strengthening exercises for the
leg muscles, abdominal muscles, lower back, upper shoulder and
neck muscles, as well as the entire upper body. We use various
hand-held equipment such as balls, dumbbells, Flexi Bars, etc. We not only realign your back and spine, but also improve the strength and flexibility of your
entire
musculoskeletal system. This leads to improved body awareness and good coordination skills for back-friendly movements in daily life and at work.
The course takes place on 13, 20 and 27 April and 18 May, from 11.45 am to 12.30 pm on each occasion.
