April! Deep Work

Deep Work is athletic, simple, demanding, unique, and yet completely different from any other programme you’ve tried – a workout comprising five elements and bursting with energy! It is based on the principles of yin and yang and combines the mental and physical contrasts of functional training. The Deep Work movement sequences are designed to constantly balance tension and relaxation and are combined with breathing exercises. It appeals to men and women alike and requires a certain level of basic fitness, as Deep Work includes some very strenuous elements that will make you work up a sweat. 

The course takes place on Wednesday 15, 22 and 29 April, and 20 May, from 4.00 pm to 4.45 pm on each occasion.

The participation fee is €12 for 4 sessions; the project covers the remaining costs. The course time is NOT counted as working time. Value of the benefit in kind: €4.66
