Extract from the Equal Opportunities Act (ChancenG)

The Equal Opportunities Act aims to further promote equal professional opportunities for women in the state’s public service, to significantly improve the equal participation of women and men in leadership positions, and to create the framework conditions that enable both mothers and fathers to balance work and family life.

The Equal Opportunities Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the ChancenG.
