The Addiction Prevention Working Group

The Addiction Prevention Working Group is primarily a point of contact for those affected, colleagues and managers, and is responsible for planning, coordinating and running information sessions, training programmes at all levels of the organisation, and support schemes for those affected.

The Addiction Prevention Working Group assists in establishing contacts and partnerships with external institutions, as well as in the implementation and further development of the company agreement. Our central aim is to raise awareness of the issue and to make it clear that addiction is an illness that must be treated!

Our tasks:

  • Motivating behavioural change and therapy
  • Counselling sessions
  • Referral to external support services and treatment options
  • Organising aftercare and reintegration
  • Supporting managers and colleagues during the reintegration process
