Pilates

Pilates is a systematic whole-body workout that focuses primarily on the abdominal, back and
pelvic floor muscles. This strengthens the deep muscles and improves posture
. It also makes the body more flexible and helps restore its natural alignment – promoting a sense of well-being. By improving both strength and flexibility, Pilates is the perfect way to balance out everyday life. This class is conducted on mats.


The course takes place on Tuesday 14, 21, 28 April, and 5, 12, 19 May, from 11.45 am to 12.30 pm on each occasion.

Course leader: Judith Jahnke, physiotherapist 

The participation fee is €18 for 6 sessions; the project covers the remaining costs. The course time is NOT counted as working time. Value of the benefit in kind: €0
