Acceptance of your study place
If you accept the place in the Master’s programme Molecular Medicine please fill out and sign the Acceptance Letter and send it to studiendekanat(at)uni-ulm.de until July 16th 2026 at the latest.

Orientation Week
The orientation week (5 - 11 October 2026) is a compulsory week of events for our international students of the Master´s programme in Molecular Medicine. We help you with the enrolment at Ulm University, with the city registration and we offer some socializing events that are specially designed for our Molecular Medicine students. So please organize and plan your trip and arrival so that you can participate in these events. The schedule for the orientation week will soon be published.

Protection against Measles
For special laboratory courses during the whole study programme a vaccination against measles is mandatory. If possible please get vaccinated before you start your study programme at Ulm University. Please bring your immunization card and the filled out and signed form “Medical certificate for protection against measles” with you. The measles vaccination must be proven for enrolment. This is mandatory for all students. The confidentiality statement, which also needs to be signed, can be found here, and the accompanying instructions can be found here.
