Fees and Registration

The conference fee includes the participation to the workshop program as well as coffee breaks, workshop drinks, lunch and dinner.  Only accommodation and breakfast need to be paid extra.

Regular delegate	150,- €
Student (*)	75,- €

*) Students (Bachelor or Master, not PhD students) without any institutional support will be granted with a reduced fee. Please upload copies of supporting documents during the online registration procedure to the system.

Registration fees are to be paid in € (Euro) via bank transfer.  Details will be sent to you with the online registration confirmation. Bank transfers are due within 10 days after registration,  but not later than Nov 14th, 2019 (inclusive). All bank charges for the transfer service have to be paid by participants.

The number of participants is limited by the venue capacity. Therefore, early registration is encouraged.
