Data Collection: Erasmus+ Contact Persons at Partner Institutions

Consent on Digital Storage, Processing and Publication of Personal Data

Ulm University is in the process of implementing a new database ("mobility-online"), which will be used for managing the Erasmus+ programme. For this purpose, we would like to make sure that all information on contact persons and contact details at our partner institutions is up-to-date.

Furthermore, with respect to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which has to be implemented in national legislation by May 2018, we ask your explicit consent that we are allowed to

  • store your data in our database and that we may use them internally to prepare agreements, communications with you and your institution, merge documents for incoming and outgoing students and staff, or reports for the purpose of managing our mobilities and agreements with your institution (INT);
  • publish select data on the website of Ulm University (visible worldwide) as contact person for specific topics regarding our Erasmus cooperation (EXT).

    Please note in this context, that data published in the internet can be found by everyone worldwide (e.g. by using search engines like Google) and can, together with other published data of you, be used for profiling and other activities. By using an archive function of search engines (e.g. archive.org) it might be possible to find these data even if they have been deleted from Ulm University's homepage.

I herewith agree that Ulm University may store and process my personal data in the mobility-online database and that the staff in charge of managing the Erasmus+ programme may use these data internally for communications and agreements with me and my institution. I agree that my data may be used in merge documents for incoming and outgoing students and staff. I agree that my data may be included in reports or used to generate reports for the purpose of managing mobilities and agreements with my host institution.

I also agree to the publication of select data (marked with *) on the website of Ulm University (visible worldwide) as contact person for specific topics regarding the Erasmus+ cooperation.

I am aware that I can withdraw my consent at any time without giving any reason, with regard either to select or all data. In this case the concerned data will not be used in the future and will be removed from the internet portal as soon as possible.

This consent is effective until I revoke it or until I inform Ulm University about the termination of my involvement in the Erasmus+ programme.

This consent is voluntary. I was informed that my refusal or revocation of my consent to use my data I will not suffer any personal, financial or professional disadvantages.
