Eligible applicants:
- Advanced graduate students enrolled in Master’s programs who intend to pursue a doctoral degree
- Doctoral students, provided that formal admission as a doctoral student can be documented
- Postdoctoral researchers, provided that their doctoral degree was awarded no more than six years prior to April 1 of the fiscal year in which the fellowship begins

June 14 – August 24, 2027
Application deadline:
Applications must be submitted to the DAAD by October 31, 2026.
