I herewith agree that Ulm University may store and process my personal data in the Mobility-Online database and that the relevant staff may use them internally for communications and agreements with me and my institution (e.g. via the Erasmus-Without-Paper standard), merge documents for incoming and outgoing students and staff, or arrange reports for the purpose of managing mobility’s and agreements with my host institution. I also agree to the publication of select data on on our Mobility-Online Partnership Search Portal and Website (visible worldwide) as contact person for specific topics regarding the Erasmus+ cooperation. I am aware that I can withdraw my consent at any time, referring to single or all data without any reason. In this case the concerned data will not be used in future and will be deleted from the internet portal as soon as possible. This consent is effective until revoked or until I inform Ulm University about the end of my involvement in the Erasmus+ programme. I understand that this consent is voluntary. I have been informed that I will not suffer any personal, financial or professional disadvantages if I refuse or revoke of my consent of the use of my data.
