Past Events

SoSe2025: BUDDY -- Tour of the Botanical Gardens

In July, we were treated to a guided tour of the outdoor grounds of the Botanical Garden at Ulm University. The weather was fantastic and the tour was very interesting. We learned many fascinating facts about poisonous plants and even got to eat daylilies – they were surprisingly delicious.

SoSe2025: BUDDY -- Erdbeeren pflücken

In June, we went strawberry picking at the Obsthof Zott. The event was held in cooperation with the International Unit of the Stuve and it was agreat success. Thank you to everyone who attended!

SoSe2025: BUDDY + FIT4U -- Summer Get Together

In June, the Buddy programme and the FIT4U programme collaborated in organising the summer get together. Here, students of the international master's programmes had the opportunity to connect and network with one another, with their study advisors and also with professors. The event was a huge success and we want to thank everybody who showed interest and came to chat and connect!

SoSe2025: BUDDY -- Tour of the Botanical Gardens

In June, we received a wonderful tour through the greenhouses of the Botanical Gardens at Ulm University. We learned about different tropical plants, for example vanilla or pepper. Thank you for this informative event!

SoSe2025: BUDDY -- Philharmonic Concert

In May we attended a philharmonic concert organised by the Theatre Ulm. There, we could listen to Gustav Mahler's 7th symphony and thanks to the UniFlat cooperation between the theatre and the university, the concert was free for all students!

SoSe2025: BUDDY -- Picnic

In May, we took advantage of the lovely spring weather and went for a picnic. It was a really nice afternoon!

SoSe2025: BUDDY -- Kick-Off Event

In May, we started the new semester with the Buddy Programme Kick-Off event. We are happy that so many students participated and are excited to experience the further events with you all.

SoSe2025: Welcome Day for International Students

In March we were happy to welcome new international students at Ulm University. Through games and informative talks, the students got to know the university, each other and life in Ulm better. We wish everyone a good start to the semester!
