Global Moments, Local Places - Photo Competition of the International Affairs Division

Information

Submit your photo of a place, moment, or detail that expresses cultural diversity and international connectedness to you. The picture can be taken either in Ulm, Germany or abroad.

All students who are enrolled at Ulm University and are at least 18 years old at the time of submission are eligible to participate.

Participation is free of charge.

You can simply upload your picture on this website, starting from 12th October untill 12th November 2026. Participating students are required to submit additional information, including their full name, contact information as well as information about their study program.

Please feel free to inform yourself in advance about the underlying Data Protection Policy as well as the Declaration of Rights of Use.

After the submission phase, our selection committee will evaluate the pictures. Winning pictures will awarded in the opening event of the International Affairs Department on 14th December 2026 at 2PM.

Selected photographs will be displayed on the premises of the International Affairs Department at Ulm University.

Winning or selected photographs may also be published in digital media related to the university such as the homepage or social media channels.
