Fairwell party for Claudia Wainczyk

Joint fairwell to the longterm insitut's secretary amongst present and former collegues of the institute, the office staff of the faculty of computer sciences, of the central administration and of other univisity areas

The institute of media informatics has dedicated a considerable party to bid farewell to Claudia Wainczyk, who retires in July 2022.

An illustrious crowd of professors, current and former members of the institute - amongst who the former insitute director and present president of Ulm University, Prof. Dr-Ing. Michael Weber, and the nowadays director of the institute of distributed systems, Prof. Dr Frank Kargl -, lonterm cooperation partners of the administrational units and the deanary of the faculty of computer sciences, the office staff of the faculty of computer sciences, research assistants, and other collegues of Ulm University has gathered to look back at the joint work history.

Mrs Wainczyk has accompagnied and supported the first called institute of distributed system together with Prof. Weber. Furthermore, she served the Institut für Medienforschung und Medienentwicklung and the Wissenschaffer (pun referring to knowledge creation and work), a group of students who offered cooperational workshops and training for pupils in the context of computer science and media informatics.

We thank Mrs Wainczyk for her valuable support, her commitment, and solicitude in all institute matters and what was more.
