Under-graduate degrees with locally restricted admission

Ulm University participates in the dialogue-oriented service procedure (DoSV) of Hochschulstart with the degree programmes below.

The dialogue-oriented service procedure (DoSV) is for applications of

  • German nationals
  • EU citizens
  • Persons treated in the same way as EU citizens
  • Foreign national with a German higher education entrance qualification/Abitur ("Bildungsinländer*innen")

International applicants will find information on how to apply further below.

Start only in the winter semester.

International study applicants
For applicants who are from countries that do not belong to the European Union or the European Economic Area and who do not have a German higher education entrance qualification (Abitur).

If you are unable to apply to Ulm University and carry out the application procedure yourself, it is possible to give someone the power of attorney to apply and provide information. Valid forms of authorisation:
- notarised letter of authority
- power of attorney
