Minimum test score requirements for the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)
Applicants who can only provide evidence of sufficient English language skills within the meaning of § 4 (1) no. 5 (2) and do not have sufficient German language skills must provide evidence of either a GRE score or a GMAT score with the following minimum points in addition to the other admission requirements in accordance with § 4 (1) no. 4:
1. GRE score:
- in the area “Quantitative Reasoning”, at least in the 70th percentile and
- in the area “Verbal Reasoning”, at least in the 40th percentile.
2. GMAT score:
- with a total score at least in the 60th percentile.
“xth percentile” means that x% of test takers have a worse score and 100-x% of test takers have a better score.
