How can I protect myself against an infection with the new coronavirus? How is this going to affect my exams? And should I return to work after my holiday in Italy?  There are many questions about the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). Ulm University provides some answers relevant for students and employees as well as further links on a dedicated information-page.

On this page, we try to inform you about the latest developments and give you tips on how to behave: Even simple hygiene measures can help to stop the spread of the pathogen. Although there are currently no known coronavirus infections (COVID-19) at Ulm University, we ask you to pay attention to hand hygiene as well as sneezing and coughing etiquette.

Should important changes arise at Ulm University – if, for example, a major event has to be cancelled or postponed due to the coronavirus – we will make every effort to inform you ahead of time. Unfortunately, this is not possible for courses and smaller events. In these cases, please contact the respective person in charge.
