Committees’ Office
The Committees’ Office supports the central governing bodies of Ulm University. It is responsible for the professional preparation, organisation and follow-up of meetings of the Senate and the Supervisory Board.

Digitalisation and Process Development Team for Administrative Processes
Under the leadership of the CIO and Vice President for Careers, Professor Dieter Rautenbach, the ‘Digitalisation and Process Development of Administrative Processes’ team is driving forward the digitalisation and continuous development of administrative processes at Ulm University. It manages the campus portal as well as the state-wide digitalisation projects QualiCampusBW and bwOZG, with the aim of making processes more efficient and modern.
