Students who are or were already enrolled at the Ulm University please apply for a change of study programme by the deadline for enrolment by the Student Administration and Examinations Office.

Enrolment after admission

Dear future students,

Congratulations! You have applied to study at the Ulm University and have received a letter of admission.

You can apply for enrolment in our campus portal: https://campus4.uni-ulm.de and send the required documents in full by post to the Student Administration and Examinations Office by the deadline stated in the notification of admission. Please note that all documents must be received in full at Ulm University by this date. Enrolment by Ulm University will take place from 1 January for the summer semester and from 1 July for the winter semester.

Note on deadline extension

If, through no fault of your own, you are unable to submit the required documents at the time of enrolment, please contact the Studiensekretariat immediately, stating the personal details (last name, first name, applicant-No.). Enrolment is only completed when all required documents have been received by the Studiensekretariat at Ulm University. Study certificates and your student ID card can only be issued after enrolment. Likewise, access to the (technical) infrastructure is only possible once enrolment has been completed.
