Former Research Associate

Marcel Walch, M.Sc.

Marcel Walch studied Media Informatics at Ulm University and received his master’s degree in 2015. From April 2015 onwards, he worked as a research associate and PhD candidate in the Institute of Media Informatics at Ulm University. As part of an interdisciplinary scholarly project on future autonomous vehicles, his research focused on human-vehicle interaction and cooperation in the domain of highly automated driving. In particular, the main topic of his work investigated cooperation and interaction between highly automated vehicles and drivers. In this context, he contributed research in cooperative driver-vehicle interaction to the public funded project KoFFI (Cooperative Driver-Vehicle Interaction).

In July 2020, Marcel Walch switched to Carl Zeiss AG, Oberkochen.
