The quarterly fee statement consists of the following sections:

• Summary by cost centre
• Breakdown of private calls by cost centre
• Overview of telephone lines allocated to a cost centre
• Itemised bills for business calls for requested extensions
• Billing for long calls for individual business calls exceeding 10 euros
• Special billing for temporary telephone lines for external users (conference, construction site and other lines for external users [companies] that do not belong to the five organisations mentioned)

application modalities

To obtain itemised bills for business calls, all user groups must submit an informal request, stating the reasons, to the employer. The employer will then forward the approved request to the kiz (Communication and Information Centre) for the itemised bill to be set up.
