Printer Installation
The new print management system of PaperCut is addressed with only one queue "FollowMe".
We have created detailed installation instructions (PDF) for the most common operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) for setting up on your desktop or notebook computer. It also describes how to print in the Windows pools and via the web interface of the PaperCut printing system. Alternatively, you can find simplified installation instructions there.

After sending print jobs to the "FollowMe" queue, start printing your job with your smart card at any release station (reader) connected to a printer.
You will receive an overview of your executed and still queued print jobs as well as further information after logging into the printing system with your kiz account. You can also cancel print jobs in this way.
You can see the status of which printers have already been changed in the PC pools at any time on the overview page for the current printer status.
