Service Category: Consulting, Courses & Help
Trained kiz staff advise university members on matters such as purchasing computer hardware, installing operating systems and applications, configuring network access (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN), virus protection, and troubleshooting minor issues of all kinds.
The service is aimed primarily (but not exclusively) at users of mobile devices (laptops, tablets) and is provided as a “walk-in” service at the kiz facilities rather than on-site at the user’s location. In addition, consumables in the printers in the computer labs are replenished, and the areas are checked for damage and clutter.
