Services

  • The Service Point Information is responsible for all questions concerning library services, in particular questions concerning research, document delivery and use of resources (print and e-media).
  • You will receive an answer by e-mail within 24 hours (not on Sundays and public holidays).
  • Registration authority for personal identification in the context of the creation of a digital certificate for e-mail communication (DFN Global user certificate).
    Mon - Fri 9:00 - 16:00 hours.
  • Organisation and implementation of courses and guided tours for the introduction to library use on request for university users and groups of pupils. Currently only limited possibilities.
