The kiz ticket system is being migrated to a new version. This is a time-consuming process that takes several days and is scheduled for the following period:
Friday 13.03. to Monday 16.03.
The ticket system is used to handle the majority of 1st and 2nd level support for kiz services. Other institutions use the ticket system as part of their communication processes (kiz office, Studiensekretariat (student administration and Information Centre), International Office, data protection, CERT). Tickets cannot be processed during the system changeover. Incoming emails are temporarily stored and will be transferred to the new system once the changeover is complete. There will only be a delay in processing.
Ticket processing will be suspended from 12:00 on Friday. The resumption is planned for Monday and will be announced on the kiz website.
