The kiz is implementing further savings as part of the savings concept for the University Financing Agreement (HoFV II) agreed with the Board of the Ulm University.
For this reason, there will be a further reduction in Human Resources in the area of printing and processing, which means that the kiz (Communication and Information Centre) printing service will only be available to a limited extent from 13 March 2026.
Which products are affected?
The following products are affected by the reduction in service:
Brochures, flyers, loose-leaf printing, special orders, theses, doctoral theses, PhD theses and written examinations. These products can no longer be produced for you internally at the university from 13 March 2026.
What does this mean for you?
For the production of brochures, flyers, loose-leaf printing, special orders, theses and examinations, you will have to contact external service providers directly or use your own internal printing systems from 13 March 2026. Which products are not affected?
We will continue to offer posters, lamination and business cards as before:
